(hereinafter referred to as “the Project”), for which Toyonaka City utilized Social Impact Bonds (hereinafter referred to as “SIBs”), has completed approximately three years of support as the project period ended. We are pleased to present the “Report on the TOYONAKA Smoking Cessation Project” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) as a report on the results of the Project.
