Mitsumasa Aoyagi, Vice-chair of Executive Committee has been appointed as a member of the Expert Committee for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s survey and study on supporting local governments to introduce the results-based private sector outsourcing system (PFS/SIB) to promote its use in the urban development field.
