Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (President: Shuichi Ohno, Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereafter ‘SIIF’) has subscribed to a third-party allotment of new shares of Compass Corporation (Head office: Kobe-shi, Hyogo, President: Ai Otsu, hereafter ‘Compass’) through Nippon Impact Investment No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership (hereafter ‘Hataraku Fund’), a fund that SIIF jointly operates with Shinsei Impact Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of Shinsei Investment Corporation.
