Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (Chair of Executive Commitee: Shuichi Ohno; Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter “SIIF”), which has been promoting impact investing since 2013, signed the Operating Principles for Impact Management (hereafter “the Impact Principles”) in December 2022. SIIF has published its disclosure statement and verifier statement covering the assets of Japan Impact Investment II Limited Partnership (hereinafter “Hataraku FUND” or “the FUND”) co-managed with Shinsei Impact Investment Limited (Representative Partners: Chunmei (Ozaki) Huang and Sayaka (Miyabe) Takatsuka; Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo).
