森川高彰

系統金融機関にて、公共法人向け融資業務を担当後、同社名古屋拠点で地域金融機関の経営支援および中小企業の本業支援サポートに従事。本業支援推進部門にて、中小企業の販路拡大支援やキャッシュレス推進に携わり、ビジネスマッチングサイトの運営・管理や各分野の企画案件に取り組みました。
2025年4月にSIIFへ出向し、GSG Impact JAPAN（旧称：GSG国内諮問委員会）等のコミュニティを通じたインパクト投資の調査研究・情報発信を担当。地域金融機関を中心に意識啓蒙を図り、インパクトファイナンスへの参画を促進していきます。

After working in a co-operative financial institution, handling loans for public corporations, I engaged in supporting the management of regional financial institutions and assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their core business operations at the company’s Nagoya office. In the Core Business Support Promotion Department, I was involved in helping SMEs expand their sales channels and promoting cashless payments. I also worked on the operation and management of a business matching website and
participated in planning projects across various fields.

In April 2025, I was seconded to the Social Impact Investment Foundation(SIIF), where I am responsible for research, analysis, and dissemination of information related to impact investing through communities such as GSG Impact Japan (formerly the GSG National Advisory Board for Japan). I aim to raise awareness, particularly among regional financial institutions, and promote their participation in impact finance.
